Background
The spa chain took bookings mostly by phone and social media messages. Receptionists recorded them by hand, double bookings happened, and customers often forgot their appointments.
Challenge
- Let customers book a service, branch and therapist in just a few taps.
- Send automatic reminders to reduce no-shows.
- Give managers a real-time view of bookings across all branches.
Solution
We designed a cross-platform Flutter app with a three-step booking flow and instantly updated availability. Push notifications remind customers before their appointment, and a loyalty programme encourages them to come back.
A web-based admin panel lets branch managers organise shifts, view revenue by service and send offers to the right customer groups.
