1. Scope
This policy applies to https://thietketrangweb.vn and to the apps and tools built and operated by Thiết Kế Trang Web ("we"), including the Video Studio video creation and publishing tool.
By using our website or apps you agree to the data practices described below, in line with Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection.
2. Information we collect
The website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking/analytics tools. The Google Maps embed on the contact page is provided by Google; when it loads, Google may process data under its own policy.
- Information you submit through the contact form: name, phone number, email (optional), service of interest and your message.
- Information you share when contacting us by phone, Zalo, email or social media.
- Minimal technical data logged by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) to operate and protect the website, such as IP address and browser type.
3. How we use information
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information.
- To contact you, send quotes and answer your requests.
- To deliver contracted work and provide support.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam or abuse.
4. Sharing
Information is shared only with providers needed to run our services, and only for that purpose:
- Web3Forms: forwards contact form submissions to our inbox.
- Google (Gmail): stores contact emails.
- Cloudflare: hosts and delivers the website.
- Competent authorities when required by law.
5. Storage and security
Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS. Contact information is kept as long as needed for consultation and contract work; if no contract follows, it is deleted within 24 months of the last contact.
6. Video Studio app and Google / YouTube user data
Video Studio runs on the user's own computer and helps users create videos and publish them to their own social media accounts. It accesses an account only after the user clicks "Connect account" and grants permission.
For YouTube, the app uses YouTube API Services and requests only: youtube.upload (upload videos to your channel) and youtube.readonly (read your channel name to show which channel is connected).
- Data is used solely to upload videos you create to your own channel and to show publishing status.
- OAuth tokens are encrypted and stored on your computer only; they are never sent to our servers.
- Google/YouTube data is not used for advertising, not sold, not shared with third parties and not used to train AI models.
- The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements: https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy
- By using the YouTube features you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
- You can revoke access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions or by clicking "Disconnect" in the app settings, which deletes the token from your computer.
- The same principles apply to Facebook and TikTok: videos are posted only to the Page or account you connect, and tokens are stored encrypted on your computer.
7. Your rights
Email your request to [email protected]; we respond within 7 business days.
- Access, correct or delete your personal information.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
- Lodge a complaint about how your data is handled.
8. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
9. Changes
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The latest update date is always shown at the top of this page.
